Data deletion

You can ask Reel Clips to delete the account data stored for you. WebJoy Studio checks the request against the email on the account, then deletes that data.
How to ask
Use the form on this page with the email on your Reel Clips account. A note is optional. We verify the request against that email, then fulfill it. Submitting the form records the request. Your data stays in place until the request is completed.
If the form says the request was not saved, email hello@webjoy.cc from that same address.
What we delete
When a request is completed, we delete:
- The Supabase account profile
- Clips you uploaded
- Captions
- Scheduled posts
- Connected social-account tokens stored for you
Posts on other platforms
Posts already published on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube stay on those platforms until you delete them there. A completed Reel Clips request removes the data listed above from Reel Clips.
